Design Services
The Process…
Initial Inquiry
You’ll fill out our “Perfect Match” Form and we dive into the dreamy details of your wedding vision and the ways you are thinking about partnering with a planner and/or coordinator.
Discovery & Proposal
During a 25-minute consult call, we’ll chat through YOUR vision, planning challenges, and goals. After that, we’ll send a tailored proposal outlining your desired partnership/package. We will place your date on a 5-day complimentary hold as you make your decision and review the proposal.
Contract & Payment
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send over your contract to review! Your initial 55% retainer is due along with your initialed and signed contract, 5-days after receiving. This secures your date and the pricing structure. Final Payment is due 14-days prior to your event date.
